The calculator continues in Leasing Calculators, free and complete: ad-free for everyone who bought this app. Work out your lease instalment in seconds - and see exactly where it comes from. Enter the value of the asset, add the down payment and the final buyout if your contract has them, set the term and the rate: the instalment appears as you type, together with the total cost and the interest. . THE INSTALMENT, IN ADVANCE OR IN ARREARS Choose whether payments fall at the start or the end of each period. A bar shows how the total cost splits between down payment, instalments and buyout. . THE FULL SCHEDULE Every instalment with its due date, principal, interest and outstanding balance - the down payment first, the buyout last. Export it as CSV for your spreadsheet, or as a print-ready PDF. . THE COMPARISON How much is a bigger down payment worth? And what does a bigger buyout really cost? The app lays out five scenarios for each lever, showing the instalment and the total cost side by side. This is where the trade-off becomes visible: a bigger buyout lowers the instalment but raises what you pay overall. . REAL DATES Set the date of the first instalment and the schedule follows your contract's actual due dates. All calculations happen on your device. No account, no personal data: only anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that show which features actually get used. No advertising of any kind. The figures estimate the financial component: a real contract may include fees, insurance and taxes that this app does not calculate.
